These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Loop Health website at loop.health, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Loop Health, LLC ("Loop Health," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United States to use our Services. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. Our telehealth services are available only in states where our provider partners are licensed to practice telemedicine.
To access certain features of the Services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Loop Health is a technology platform, not a healthcare provider. Loop Health, LLC connects users with independent, licensed healthcare providers who use their independent clinical judgment to evaluate your health information and determine whether treatment is appropriate. Loop Health does not employ healthcare providers, make medical recommendations, or prescribe medications.
The healthcare providers accessible through the Services are independent practitioners. The relationship you form with them is a provider-patient relationship, separate from your relationship with Loop Health.
By using our telehealth services, you acknowledge that:
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. Compounded drugs, including compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide, have not undergone FDA premarket review for safety, effectiveness, and quality. Compounding pharmacies are licensed and inspected by state Boards of Pharmacy, but the FDA has not evaluated these medications.
All compounds distributed through our platform are prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies and include third-party Certificates of Analysis (COAs).
Loop Health offers membership tiers with varying levels of access and benefits. By subscribing to a paid tier, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Compound and medication costs are separate from membership fees and vary by product. Member discounts apply based on your membership tier.
Loop Health includes community features. By participating, you agree to:
We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.
All content, features, and functionality of the Services — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and data compilations — are the property of Loop Health or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use any content from the Services without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Services (e.g., community posts, check-in data, health information). By submitting content, you grant Loop Health a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the Services for the purpose of operating and improving the platform.
De-identified, aggregate data derived from your use of the Services may be used for community insights, research, and platform improvement. This data cannot be used to identify you personally.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOOP HEALTH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.
Loop Health's total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Loop Health in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Loop Health is not liable for any medical outcomes resulting from treatment prescribed by independent healthcare providers accessed through the platform.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Loop Health, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration shall take place in Los Angeles County, California. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Effective Date." Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
